It's a great small gym. A bit busy between 4-7 but otherwise it's ok.

Attended circuit and spin class this tuesday and Wednesday evenings plus body pump Thursday night.All I can say is well done Nathan, Dan and Andy, really challegening and well thought out classes. Keep up the good work xxx
