Can never get an appointment...
I would rather travel 100 miles than use the surgery!!! Rude doctors receptionist with NO communication skills what so ever. More interested in when the next coffee and cake break is!!! Not even remotely helpful in anyway shape or form!!! I could go on with how poor this surgery is but cant be bothered. A waste of the NHS money keeping this open.
Be better if you could get an appointment when you ask a few days ahead as Dr asked me to return and see them but can't get appointments till the same day you want it no good if you work and need to plan cover in work so have to take full day off work and still not guaranteed appointment And when some people have a brain injury like mine. And relie on other people to to take time off to get to drs and no appointments
Dont even bother cause you won't get an appointment there, I've been ringing 3 days, for almost an hour and all I got was nurse appointment!Don't waste your time amd change your doctors.
I have spent 50 minutes this morning trying to get an appointment. I started ringing before 8:26 and it said they were closed. I continued ringing and at 8:29 they were engaged! I kept ringing 137 times in 50 minutes! When I got through there were no appointments. The nurse practitioner, who actually I have seen before and is very good, is going to ring back.The point is this system for obtaining an appointment is NOT USER FRIENDLY!Their only saving grace is they will see my child at the drop of a hat. But again you have to go through the whole process of phoning up 137 times in the morning!When I get round to it, I will be changing practices.
