Staveley Head beat every insurance quote I found for my campervan. Their customer services reps are efficient and friendly and online quote process is best-in-class. I have not yet needed to claim but I expect that if ever I needed to, I could do so with confidence. I cannot recommend Staveley Head enough.
Initially I was disappointed that the renewal price was not far off double last years premium but having looked around at others I find that although not the cheapest they do offer better cover than others and I couldn't find anyone else prepared to cover 5 named drivers. The staff were very helpful and professional and this helped me make up my mind. Thank you
Just renewed with Staveley Head - Great renewal price, so much so that we didn't bother shopping around, staff always helpful and polite. Suits our needs, and we have been happy with them for over 12 months now. Only negative I could say is SOMETIMES the wait time on hold to customer services can be a bit long, but that can't be helped. If the office is busy, its busy.
