OMG I CANT EXPRESS HOW GOOD THE NEW SHARE BOX IS. ITS A BARGAIN FOR 16 AND COMES WITH EVERYTHING YOU WANT
As regular customers of this takeaway, we have noticed a steady decline in the quality of the food and service received. The food and service used to be great, but now you place an order and expect to wait 2+ hours, only for the food to arrive cold and limp. The only way to revive some life into it, is via a microwave. When you query with the shop, they blame it on the ordering system. Solution? Employ someone who can actually take an order over the phone and relay it correctly to the chefs!Tip: Don't lie to your customers if the order is running late, just be honest. We have been told before now when chasing, that an order will be with us in 15 minutes, nearly an hour later and still no sign of the food.Overall a great shame and would not recommend anymore.
Typical takeaway. But the food is always good. Delivery service. And there's a permanent BOGOF on pizzas.
